To qualify for our free shipping you most buy products worth $165 and your cart automatically generates free shipping to your order at checkout. However,Free shipping is via standard ground service; upgrades do not apply. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Your Hair order is always shipped from Staten Island,New York. Free shipping for International orders is available when your order is $350 & more.

We will send you a receipt once your order is complete. If you do not received an email from support@mishyhair.com please contact us immediately. We will notify you of product delays if as at the time you order the product has run out of stock.You would have the option to cancel your order for a full refund if you so wish.

Estimated delivery period will be provided when order is placed. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays,inclement weather, carrier delays or  natural disasters.Kindly note that holidays do not count as a business day and should be put into consideration  when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS/FedEx to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. For more information, kindly contact us.

Fraud is a Seriously offence

We require that your shipping and billing addresses must match for your order to be approved.For a different  billing and shipping address, please call us at 1-800-898-6373 or send a mail to support@mishyhair.com providing us  with additional forms of identification. If you are a thief or somebody fraudulently using a credit card that belongs to somebody else, rest assured that your IP address is logged and you will be prosecuted.

International Shipments

For internationally shipping. we only accept Paypal, Western Union, and bank wire transfers from International customers.we understand  Paypal does not service all countries. If this is the case then Western Union may be your best option. To place a Western Union or bank transfer order with us, please contact customer service with your order requirements. We do not accept credit card payments through our website or over the phone for international orders, this is due to concerns of fraud.

International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary by country. It is the customers responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

 Orders Error / Products

If due to an uncommon error or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, be rest assured that we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. We will appreciate your quick  notification of any incorrect or missing items to us  within 7 days after your received  your package(s).
